Phase 1: Discovery & Strategy (May 1st - May 10th, 2025)

  • Focus: Understanding JB Dental Clinic's unique services, target patient demographics (e.g., families, emergency dental care in Johor Bahru), and competitive landscape.

  • Key Activities:

    • Initial Consultation & Needs Assessment with Clinic Management.

    • Define primary patient acquisition goals for the website.

    • Sitemap development for key pages (Home, About Us, Services, Contact, Appointment).

    • Initial keyword research for local dental services.

  • Deliverables:

    • Project Brief & Scope Document.

    • Strategic Sitemap.

Phase 2: Design & Prototyping (May 11th - May 31st, 2025)

  • Focus: Translating the strategy into a visually appealing and user-friendly design that inspires trust and professionalism for healthcare.
